Support Engineer
A leading company in the field of cyber security solutions is looking for a Support Engineer. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in one of the following fields: Technical Support OR Networking OR IT Security OR QA (Security/Network products). • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a strong sense of customer commitment. • Experience in the networking world (e.g. TCP/IP, routing protocols). Advantages: • Experience in working with Worldwide customers. • Knowledge of HTTP protocol. • Knowledge of various SQL Databases (such as Oracle and MSSQL). • Experience and understanding of Unix-like operating systems. • Knowledge in Virtual and/or Cloud based Environments (such as VMWare and AWS). • Experience in working with traffic sniffers. • Experience in installation, configuration and maintenance of Web servers such as IIS / Apache. • Knowledge of Load Balancers, Application / Network Firewalls, and similar technologies. • BSc. degree in Computer of Shell-scripting Science or related field. • Knowledge, HTML and XML, Python. • Knowledge in SSL and PKI fields. • Advanced certifications such as CCNP/DBA etc.
