Technical Support Engineers
A leading startup that provides Network Security for enterprise is looking for a Technical Support Engineers. Requirements: - Knowledge & Experience in Linux. - Good understanding of networks, protocols and internet technologies -Routing, NAT, Advanced TCP/IP etc. (1-2 years of experience with leading vendor’s equipment – an advantage). - Strong technical troubleshooting abilities (5 years of experience in related technical customer support - an advantage). - Excellent English (both verbal and written). - Knowledge & Experience (1-2 years) with Firewall technologies of leading vendors (Check Point, Cisco, Juniper, Fortigate, Palo-Alto, etc.) – an advantage!
