Support Engineer
Support Engineer Qualifications: •B.Sc. degree in computer science/ Industrial Engineering •Experienced of 8+ years in the SW industry •Experience & knowledge of Java (J2ME / J2SE) development/ Server development •Experience & knowledge of DB – Oracle, SQL •Server side – Linux hands-on, Networking, Android, Symbian or RTOSs •Experience working with over-seas customers •Handling support cases and post-sales processes •Excellent communication skills, high level of English •Strong team player and can work independently as well. Advantage: •Knowledge of C/C++ and scripting languages (Perl, Python, shell, Ant) •Experience in and knowledge of the embedded software and the mobile handset market
