Technical Support Engineer
A startup that provides cybersecurity management solutions is looking for a Technical Support Engineer. Qualifications: •Experience in customer-facing activities (such as pre-sales engineering, technical account management and/or technical support). •Experience in supporting security solutions, including knowledge and hands-on experience with network devices and network architectures (e.g., firewalls, routers, etc.) •Strong ability to independently debug broad, complex and unique tickets. •Hands-on experience in system management (Linux / Windows). •Scripting / code knowledge (advantage). •Excellent English language skills both spoken and written.
