Operations Technical Support Engineer
A startup that provids software-defined solutions to accelerate cloud-first strategies is seeking for an Operations Technical Support Engineer. Required Technical Skills and Experience: • Minimum 2 years of 3rd level technical support of an Enterprise SW product, including analysis/troubleshooting. • Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows internals is an advantage. • Experience in troubleshooting Server/DB-based applications is an advantage. • Software programming knowledge is an advantage. • Technology experience in the following is an advantage: SQL, Web (HTML/JS/etc.), virtualization (Citrix/VMware), Security. Required Non-Technical Skills and Experience: • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. • Strong professional communication skills in English (written and verbal). • Good end-to-end system view Education: • Bachelor of Computer Sciences degree or equivalent is an advantage.
