Customer Success (Account) Manager
A startup with a mission to bring data science into the Human Resources domain is looking for a Customer Success (Account) Manager. Requirements:  B.A. or B.S. from a top-tier U.S. University, or comparable English-speaking Program  2+ years of work experience in Account Management, Customer Support or Customer Success at a VC-backed start-up  Strong research skills (preferably experience with large data sets)  Proven leadership experience and an ability to self-manage and execute projects from scratch  Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)  Fortune 500 client experience (in advisory, consulting, or account management is a plus  Experience working with BI platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel) for customer analysis and reporting.  Knowledge in SQL is a plus  High Level English, Preferably to a Native English speaker  Willing to work on US hours (Monday to Friday on US hours)
